Collecting Stories and Leading Experiences

In 2007, the most important chapter in my career started at ESADE Business School by meeting great teachers, key core values and future professionals. After an international program with the University of Texas at Austin, I decided to work and live in the US, which I could accomplish after I started working for Accenture in Barcelona where I met my wife.

Take a look at my recent story published by ESADE Business School:
Albert's Story

If you want something, think big and fight for it

Winter of 2015 was probably one of the toughest in New York. I was interviewing to get a job in the US from Barcelona...but one day I took a flight to the US for one day only to meet and get interviewed by the person who sponsored my working visa (I wanted to avoid a cold telephone call). It wasn't a direct flight and the airport was collapsed in the US, so I had to sneak in a different plane without onboarding pass (the front desk gave the OK after insisting) to make sure I arrived to that interview on time (my original plane was 4-hour delay and wouldn't have made it). I arrived on time and I had a great story to share in that interview. I ended up with a job offer.

Keep yourself always busy wherever you go

As student I was the president of the finance club at ESADE Business School while I was working at Accenture as an intern in the afternoons . Once moved to the US, I decided to join the ESADE Alumni NY Board and organize innovation events and promote networking.  At Accenture, I helped clients while I was developing business internally for future growth.   At CrossCountry Consulting, I am the Financial Services lead driving growth for the New York office in the Business Transformation space.
